Curated by comic and radio personality John DaCosse. \nChelsea Hood is a Chicago-based comedian you may have seen on The CW Network\, WGN\, or the stages of SXSW\, The Comedy Store\, Caroline’s on Broadway\, The House of Blues\, The Improv\, and Zanie’s\, as well as a long list of prestigious bar basements across the country.  After getting her start in the Texas comedy scene\, she moved to New York City to train with the best the world has to offer. Her comedy is a blend of Midwestern nice observational and pithy storytelling. She’s been selected as a featured performer for festivals coast to coast\, including a slot in The Best of the Midwest at Gilda’s Laughfest and a Comic to Watch at Riot LA. She has opened for heavy hitters such as Bert Kreischer\, Marc Maron\, Sebastian Maniscalco\, and many more. \nMike Preston: With his slightly damaged take on things\, Mike Preston has worked comedy clubs and sordid one-nighters from coast to coast for over thirty years\, and made several TV appearances\, including SHOWTIME’S COMEDY CLUB\, and NBC’S FRIDAY NIGHT. Along the way\, he produced and hosted a cable access talk show\, as well as self-publishing several books\, including the landmark self-help parody – STOP TALKING NOW! In addition to standup\, Preston is currently working in the storytelling genre. \nBrian Williams: After studying improv for 4 years\, Brian Williams has spent the last 5 years launching his stand-up career. An $8 Order fee will be applied at checkout to the entire order) \nBest Friends Girl recreates the timeless hits of The Cars spanning a 35-year career\, with over 23 million albums sold and having more than 22 songs on the Billboard top 100.  The Cars undoubtedly left their mark in popular culture with notable hits like “Best Friends Girl\,” “Shake It Up\,” “Magic\,” “Let’s Go” and of course\, “Moving in Stereo” which gained notoriety from its placement in the movie “Fast Times at Ridgemont High.”  Best Friends Girl is comprised of lifelong\, top-notch\, professional musicians whose goal is to keep the music of The Cars alive with every performance! \nThe Cars’ journey began with Ric Ocasek and Benjamin Orr collaborating on several projects in the early 70’s. Ocasek and Orr eventually completed the lineup with Greg Hawkes\, Elliot Easton\, and David Robinson in Boston in 1976.  In the confusion left behind from the death of disco and the angst of punk\, they forged a new direction\, bringing together the synthesizer sound with classic rock and roll roots.  It created a unique sound for the time\, and icon John Lennon became a fan\, stating\, “I think The Cars’ ‘Touch and Go’ is right out of the fifties. ‘Oh\, oh…‘; A lot of it is fifties stuff.
