2021 Theme: “A Toyland Christmas!”
The Festival of Lights Parade is the traditional start to the season when Santa Claus comes to town!
The evening is filled with lights, music, pageantry, and a little magic!
The parade ends at the corner of Williams & Crystal Lake Avenue, when Santa throws his magic dust to light the 40-foot Community Christmas Tree!
Different people work in different ways, so we have two options for applying to be a parade participant . Choose the option that works best for you.
Spectators must be up on the curbs — plan your viewing options accordingly.
Please note: In order to create a wider and safer passage for the parade vehicles, there will be NO parking for the entire parade route, including: Caroline Street, Crystal Lake Avenue, Grant Street, Woodstock Street and Williams Street. Vehicles should be off these streets after 5PM, and can be parked in public/commuter parking lots.
