Good news!  The State of Illinois has a new grant program called, Back to Business (B2B).  This is a GRANT, not a LOAN!  The portal for applications is now active at www.illhttps://www2.illinois.gov/dceo/SmallBizAssistance/Pages/B2B.aspxinois.gov/dceo

Downtown Crystal Lake has been selected as a community navigator for the Illinois Small Business Community Navigator Program.  This selection is possible through our affiliation with the National Main Street Center.  This means, we have some additional information and resources available to help you navigate the waters of successfully applying for the B2B Grant.

Grants will range from $5,000 to $150,000 to cover operations/staff/overhead costs.  The calculation used will be 1/6 of the decline in gross receipts between 2019 and 2020.
